Image Processing and Analysis

We currently run a BioRad Radience 2100 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopes which generates 2D and 3D images of single cells and segments of pressurised resistance arteries. In addition to generating 3D image data, the microscope is also used to study the binding of fluorescent ligands to live tissues and transfected cells.
